In this episode, Wellbeing at Christmas, our hosts Dr. Andrew Tresidder and Dr. Peter Bagshaw are joined by Hazel Barron from Mind in Somerset and BBC Somerset Poet of the Year, Liv Torc to discuss how Christmas can affect our wellbeing.
