Show Notes
Welcome to the Health and Self-Care (HaSC) podcast!
In this episode, Your Pelvic Health, our hosts Dr. Kate Staveley and Dr. Peter Bagshaw are joined by Debbie Dillon from Somerset NHS Foundation Trust to discuss what your pelvic health is and how it impacts both men and women, how some simple exercises can help to address leaking and incontinence and how you can seek further help with your pelvic health if you need it.
The HaSC podcast is a free (and ad-free) fortnightly series hosted by Dr. Andrew Tresidder, Dr. Peter Bagshaw, Dr. Kate Staveley and, on occasion, David Sealey (not a doctor). In each episode, the doctors discuss a different topic related to health and self-care and often invite expert guests to join them in conversation.
The show is a public service broadcast and aims to be a trusted, reliable, on-demand health and self-care resource. The podcast was previously funded by NHS Somerset as the Somerset Emotional Wellbeing (SEW) podcast before going independent and self-funding in July 2024. It is now fully independent and only funded through audience contributions; we will never take money from anybody to sell you products or misinformation. This is the health and wellbeing podcast that you can trust. Come and join our community, we would love to hear from you!
All episodes of both HaSC and SEW are now available to listen to free through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Deezer, Google Podcasts, Amazon Podcasts etc. Please subscribe to the podcast to receive the new Health and Self Care podcast wherever you get your podcasts.
Thank you for listening, we really appreciate everyone who listens to our show. Enjoy, and go well!
